2. Cancellation by Sizzling Nights:

  • In the rare event that we need to cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, low participation numbers, or any other reason, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
  • We will promptly notify all registered participants via email in case of cancellation and initiate the refund process immediately.

3. Disqualification:

  • Participants found to be in violation of our competition rules and guidelines may face disqualification without refund.
  • Reasons for disqualification may include but are not limited to plagiarism, cheating, or any behavior deemed unethical by our panel of judges.

4. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, participants must write email to us or via contact us form available on our website and submit it within the designated timeframe.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days upon approval of the refund request.
  • Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the participant.
